READING THE WORLD CLOCK
The World Clock page is designed to let you quickly see the current time in the worldwide cities that you select.
The World Clock page shows the time of your home city at the top of the page, and subsequent world cities below it.
The clock can be displayed in one of four viewing modes by tapping on the corresponding buttons at the top-right
of the screen.
12-Hour Mode: The time in each city will be displayed in 12-hour mode, in a format similar to "Mon 2:04pm".
24-Hour Mode: The time in each city will be displayed in 24-hour/military mode, in a format similar to "Mon 14:04".
UTC Mode: The clock will show each city's UTC offset, in a format similar to "UTC+0600" to indicate
"6 hours ahead of UTC time."
Difference Mode: The clock will show the difference between each city and the home city. For example,
if your home city is Los Angeles, Washington D.C. would be displayed as "+0300" since Washington D.C. is 3
hours ahead of Los Angeles.
In all cases, an asterisk preceding the city's time display indicates that that city is currently using daylight
savings time and the time/UTC offset/difference displayed reflects that fact.
You may add, delete, or replace cities on this page in the following manners:
Add City: To add a new city, tap the "Plus" button. This will open the City Selection window that will
allow you to select the city you want to add. The Plus button will not be visible if the World Clock page
already contains the maximum number of cities.
Replace City: To replace an existing city with another city, tap the name of the city you wish to
replace. This will open the City Selection window that will allow you to select the new city.
Delete City: To delete a city from the list, tap the name of the city you wish to delete. This will open
the City Selection window--at that point you should tap the "Delete" button to remove the city from the list.
