    Aurora GPS is a Palm-powered application that provides a complete toolset of GPS functions for any Palm device with GPS capability. The application includes features for defining waypoints of various types, constructing routes that consist of a sequence of waypoints, and moving map navigation that shows your position in relation to nearby waypoints.

    Current features include:

    • Waypoints with location, elevation, type, comments, and GPS coordinate averaging.
    • Multiple Waypoint DBs that allow groupings of waypoints in logical databases.
    • Routes with user-defined routes consiting of multiple waypoints.
    • Route Navigation showing how ETAs to each waypoint along a selected route.
    • Real-Time Map is displayed in navigation mode that shows your position in relation to nearby waypoints.
    • Map Zoom allows the real-time map to be zoomed in and out to 16 different level of zoom.
    • GPS Status with satellite positions projected on a sky view.
    • Mixed Units supporting English, metric, and nautical.

    Aurora GPS is a very straight-forward, easy-to-install Palm application. Just click the "Download" link below, save the "AuroraGPS.prc" file to your hard drive, and install it on your Palm using your Palm Desktop. That's all there is to it!
